My Jeeps history? I paid too much for it,
but it was EXACTLY what I wanted: a 1996 2
door, black, 4.0L with 5 speed. I wanted a
tan interior, but got grey. Yeah, well. I
bucked up for the '96 because it
apparently has the most of the best on it
from all of the years combined.
So it
was BEAT TO DEATH when I got it. After 2
years of much love, money, wrenching,
buffing and TLC, it's .......still a work
in progress. But it looks allright, rides
great, and gets acceptable MPG.
Future
plans include another 1.5 of lift, a cowl
induction hood, new window tint, a stroker
motor and 4:10 gears front and back. Then
it will be done. Maybe. You know how THAT
goes.
