I bought this '51 M38 in 1977 after
graduating from High School and money in
my pocket earned being a box boy (bagger)
at local market. I am now rebuilding
suspension and hope to add full roll cage
etc. I purchsed a new 1995 Red Cherokee
4X4 and put 265,000 miles on it with only
replacing tires and water pump! Trany was
finally going out so traded for a new 2000
GC 4x4 4.7L which now has over 135,000
miles and still runs great (now my
daughters car). Recently needed to replace
radiator and hoses. Bought a new 2006 GC
Overland that now has over 60,000 miles.
