First jeep age 16 black '90 YJ, 4 banger.
Sold it and bought a '79 cj7 (project
jeep). Long years, little by little got
'er up on the road and in the woods!
Always said they needed to make a 4dr
jeep, so i finally got a '07 jk unlimited.
Had to make cut backs, sold the JK, but
still got my '79 'baby.'

| | jeep_grl 02/14/2011 10:50 AM Thanks! They're the Xenon flat
fender. |
|
| | thedirtman 02/13/2011 7:47 PM For the money they are the best
flats out there. have been
running them since June with no
regrets. I highly recoomend them.
They take 6-8 hours to install. |

| | smokeybear 02/12/2011 4:28 PM Yup, I'm Forest Service. I've
done my share of firefighting but
it was never a big part of my job.
I'm a silviculturist - sort of
applied ecology - so it's mostly
directing timber sale activities
and prescribed burning of wildland
to meet specific objectives. I've
got a bio and some other stuff
here:

| | 79jeepincj7 02/07/2011 9:07 AM Hey there, Thanks! I actually have
narrow track axles right now. The
tires are just 14.50 wide. I have
a waggy 44 going under it this
spring with an AMC20 and spacers
to match the width in the rear
with a SOA setup. So it will be
muuch wider. It is actually quite
scary now with the width it is
with those narrow tracks. About 2
months after that picture was
taken (just came out of our paint
booth there after a winter frame
off resto) I rolled it over
wheeling so it doesnt quite look
like that any more. She's also
getting tube fenders so it'll look
a bit different soon. |
