i always liked lifted truck, and i saw a
jeep with just a 3 inch body and i knew it
could be sweet, the frame didnt have any
rust at all so i bought it for 4,500 and
my dad and i did all the work our selves.

| jeepsterjc 02/22/2009 10:59 PM Hi there. Thanks a lot. I still
have the Turbo350 in it but its
days are numbered. The 700R4 is
sitting on the floor of the shop
still waiting for a rebuild...
Maybe May or June for the swap.

| | jeepsterjc 02/15/2009 10:29 PM Hi, Thanks. I've got a Turbo 350
in it and a 700R4 about to go in.
With the .7 OD my theoretical top
speed will be 222.3 mph... I
hauls right now as is ;-) 140 no
prob. Crazy, eh. |

| | dell2028 03/11/2008 10:07 AM The 2.5L will be fine if geared
properly. I run 4.88s and its
almost like stock. Don't get me
wrong its never gonna have the pop
a 4.0L does and certainly not a
350, but it does fine. That being
said I've got a 4.0L in my shop to
swap at some point. |
