JEEP HISTORY
I grew up around Jeeps as a kid I remember
my Aunt driving my brother, cousins &
me around in a white CJ7 from that time on
I have always wanted a Jeep. Several
friends had Jeeps in one form or another
1942 Willey's, CJ5, CJ7 even had a friend
with an Early Bronco (Same guy with the
Willey's.). My dad wouldn't let me own
a Jeep, or the 1970 GTO that I was lusting
over, so I was stuck with whatever pops
said I could own. After moving out; life
took on a different direction than I had
thought & well the live in girlfriend
(now ex wife.) didn't think that a Jeep
was practical even though we looked at
getting her a Samari or an Amigo as well
as her lusting over her friends white
TJ. Well as time would arrive and pass
there was a time in our lives when a Jeep
would not have to be our primary vehicle
and a really good deal presented itself
(see my blog for where things move from
here.).

How did you flop on that section? Was that the hill climb/ravine at the start/end of the south loop? Or over by the mudd lake?

By the way, Evans Creek has several trails of various difficulty. with your d44's/Eaton/Detroit you shouldn't have any problems out there, but, lots of fun!

Then there's a ton of places we call Manastash/Naches/Little Naches. I mean you could wheel there evey weekend during the summer and hit a new trail each time. Onve again, various levels of difficulty for the beginner to the advanced.

There's also Liberty off US97. Great place! Do you belong to the Washington Virtual Jeep club? Here's the link; http://www.wavjc.org/

Here's a site where you can read about a lot of the trails in WA; http://web.me.com/jgreening/Jeep_A dventures/Trails/Trails.html

Here's another trails link; http://nwjeepn.com/Tipover.html

Lot's of places! Keep checking the Northwest Section of the Jeep Forum for planned trail rides. Amd check the WAVJC site, too!

Here's the link to the last run we did last weekend at Evans Creek; http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f58 /evan-creek-13-mar-10-a-990885/
