JEEP HISTORY
I started out with a 92 Cherokee Limited.
Kept it stock as it was my daily driver.
Then went to a 98 Wrangler that I took
literally everywhere, and I got my taste
for wheeling. After a few years, I
regretfully sold it and have been
tinkering with YJ's and CJ's ever since. I
went through 3 that each had their own
issues, from tranny issues, to wiring, to
rot. I eventually got sick of all the
junkers and ended up cutting up the CJ and
selling the YJ's. My ex had a cherokee
that we used to wheel so I wasnt in a HUGE
rush to get my own jeep, but it was
something I always missed. One day he was
presented with buying another YJ with some
lift and mods that supposedly "needed
a tranny" He went up to see it and
after a few years of sitting it fired
right up. That Jeep that someone had
basically forgotten about because it was
"broken" is still alive and
kickin 4 years later :) Since then, my
ex and I have split up, and of course I
kept the Jeep! My current boyfriend helped
me transform her from a little stockish
jeep with 2" lift and 31's to a
locked SOA'd monster sitting on 36's. I
definitely dont regret all the time and
effort that was spent on the YJ, but it
was time for a change. After caareful
consideration and debate, I traded it for
a 98 wrangler with 5" lift and 35's.
Itll take some time and effort to get it
where the YJ was, but eventually i think
it'll be a good deal :)

Yeah, unfortunately no one makes a hi-line kit for YJs, so how good it turns out depends on who's doing the trimming. I've started to like tube fenders, so once mine start rusting through, I'll probably go that route.

Thanks! They are just Xenon 6" flares, other than not hanging down like other flares do, they don't give you any more tire clearance. I get many compliments on them, and they are pretty high quality, so I'd recommend them.

I went a little bit in Barre a couple weeks ago.. My friend lives on a dirt road you can't get up without a truck anyway.. and it turns into a trail that has some crazy mud.. but it's sandy mud so its fun :)

My uncle lived in Rutland, and I have a friend in Barre (thought he lived in rutland).. Took me a while to respond. I'm a little slow sometimes :-P
