Working with cars is a little like a really awesome date: you start out expecting this to be something simple and straightforward; four hours later you're laying under her, panting and cursing, and things are a lot more complicated than you thought.

When my Jeep stops making strange noises, I become concerned. That usually means I have to go back and find whatever fell off.

Any ideas on when you might head back up to Greenridge? The snow is melted and the Jeep told me it's itchin' to get a little mud on her tires. Hehe.

Ha It was totally by accident I was just lookin through some comments about Greenridge and there was one that you had left about goin up there the day we were there. Defiantly let me know what day your gonna go up again and if I'm off I'll come up. Love the new pic of your car on here but ah you might wanna clear off the windshield, lol.

Ok I really can't see any of the stuff but that's alright. I run 2 Hella's on my front bumper and I used the wiring harness that comes with them. The lights I run on my rack are cheap, and I made my own wiring for them.

As far as wiring up the Hella's I would say just follow the instructions for the ground, relay and switches. They make it real easy and the wiring is great quality along with the lights themselves.

As for routing the wiring, Once you get the lights mounted on the rack, follow the lower portion of the rack down to where it connects to your XJ. Are you using gutter mounts, or crossbars? I would suggest gutter mounts. Anyway, follow the gutter mounts down, go inside your door and hide the wiring under your crown molding. Snake it foward to the A-pillar. Go down under you dash, and install the switches where ever you want in the cab. Continue the wiring through one of the several holes in your fire wall and find a good place for the power source/relays.

Done!

Sure, which lights? Front or rear?
