My very first vehicle I purchased was a
1985 CJ with only 85,000 original miles.
The body was pretty clean, but everything
else needed some work. After investing
some money and dedicated work I eventually
ended up selling the jeep to my
father-in-law. It was hard to do, but I
needed a more dependable vehicle for my
daily driver. It was really hard leaving
the jeep world after selling the CJ. So
what did I do, I bought a 2001 TJ. Now I
know never to get ride of this rig. It's a
work in progress, but I'm loving every
project.
