JEEP HISTORY
I've always wanted a solid, off-roading
vehicle that I could take up in the
mountains and on the sand dunes, I also
wanted something simple, that was cheap
and easy to work on, I like getting my
hands dirty working on old school engines,
and a Jeep was perfect for all my needs.
Hey man, I was wondering, are you running 2 5/8" Autometer gauges in it? And if so, could you please send me a picture of them? I was thinking about putting that size gauges in my jeep, the exact same ones actually, and I wanted to see how they would fit in.
Sorry if you received this response already, JeepForums messages seem not to be working on my terminal.
I'm running the 2" gauges as they fit well in the two factory holes and luckily just fit in the hole I cut for the temp. gauge at the two o'clock position. I removed the top cap of the dash to spot where the hole would best go to get past the defroster duct without interference.
