Always had a fascination with jeeps, not
positive where it started, but I was
always drawing them, or at the least
included the word JEEP somewhere in
papers, sketches, and so forth. I can for
sure say Jurassic Park was a big one, YJs
became my hero haha. I still love that
movie just because. My best friend Got a
'91 YJ as his first car in 2005/6 and I
would (and still do) help him all the time
with it. My first car was an '07 Mustang
V6, took it wherever the YJ went, yes off
road too. It proved not worth it too me
and after an incident where it was
destroyed I was stuck with a Ford Ranger.
For months I watched every online site and
local dealership/car lot for a Auto I-6 to
show up, in Feb. '08 after Long Long
processes of financial things, I got a
Used '90 YJ with some good upgrades. The
YJ had quite the history. When YJs came
out the owners dad bought one, his wife
loved it and off roading so the father
bought one for her (the one I now own)
when she got to old to offroad she past it
on as a gift to her eldest son (the man I
bought it from) he cared for it greatly
and enjoyed it with his family. He decided
to sell it to get a more family oriented
Jeep (A Grand Cher.) and wanted to sell it
to someone who would make it live up to
its purpose. He was generous and held back
selling it to others so I could for sure
get it. Now I own it, and it is the best
vehicle I have, i feel bad for my Ranger,
it has become neglected.
