High school is when it all started with a
95 Grand Cherokee Lorado and I loved that
machine. In college stuffed 22 people
inside it to drive across campus after a
street cleanup project with my Fraternity
Kappa Sigma. Traded it right after I
graduated on a Dodge Stratus (didn't have
the credit for a Jeep Liberty like I
wanted) and HATED that car! Languashed
for 18 months until I traded for a
Compass. 2007 Compass was nice but it
never "felt" like a Jeep to me
after my Grand Cherokee. Funny item of
note when I had my Compass: I had a Blue
07, my Dad owned at the same time a Red 07
and my wife's uncle had a White 07. We
all bought them without knowing the other
had purchased the same model! I posted a
photo of my Blue 2007 Compass the night of
my wedding. (Bridal party covered it in
plastic wrap and put a beer can on the
radio antenna!) Traded the Compass
after a few years and a growing family (or
plan too) on a bigger and more roomy
Liberty and plan on keeping this car for a
long time.
