In the summer of 2006 I began my search
for a Jeep. I got incontact with my local
Jeep dealership and began discussing
options. Michele at Tom Masano called me
in August and asked me to take a look at a
new jeep someone had just traded in. I
went up that day and found this cute Red
just washed and still getting her once
over by the shop. I took her for a ride
and fell in love, I adopted my Jeep (Lucy)
in September of 2006. My first mod was a
Hurst T-handle shift knob, and the
infamous K&N airfilter. Although not
well liked here I haven't noticed anything
amiss while using said filter. Regardless
of opinion K&N oil filters are my
choice for when she needs a change and
Synthetic Mobil 1 oil and lube for the
chasis, and diff. In June of 2009 I
installed a Fatbobs 2 inch puck lift with
a set of Black Diamond shocks. New tires
are becoming less of an option and more of
a need so I am looking at Goodyear
Wrangler Duratracs in a 33x12.50 flavor
for now. While my current focus is on
becoming a LEO in VA beach my future mods
will include a Currie 1 inch body lift
with a Currie 1 inch motor mount lift,
Cragar Soft 8's and eventually a set of
33x12.50 Goodyear Wranglers MTR w/Kevlar!
