A buddy of mine had an orange Renagade
with the Levi Strauss package. He never
drovve it over 55, and damn near never
drove in the rain, much less off road. I
loved that thing though, top down,
windshield down, yea. I bought my first
1n 1979 brand new, CJ-7, crome 10 X 15
wagon wheels and 11 X 15 tires. No dash,
no carpet, not even a back seat, it was $
6,612.79. I had it in the mud before I
got home. Been hooked ever since.
I
even restored CJ's a few years started a
little business called Autotech in
Williamsburg. Just got to hard to find
them around anymore.
I worked as a
service tech at Whitten Brothers for 13
years.
