Bought after selling my 88 Suburban in
2006 due to $3.00/gallon gas prices and 40
gallon tank - I'm a poor college student.
The Suburban was awesome - 6" lift,
35" tires, K&N, Flowmaster 40,
$2000 stereo, blue/gray exterior, etc. So
at first the Wrangler was a more
fuel-efficient substitute, that had the
bonus of having a removable convertible
top. After almost 2 years, though, now I
am loving my Jeep and have invested in
2" suspension lift, 1" body
lift, 7" fender flares, 33x12.5"
Interco Trxus Mud Terrain tires, Airaid
cold air intake, Magnaflow cat, Flowmaster
40 muffler, and custom exhaust pipes. I
also plan to install rocker guards and
eventually re-power with 4.0 liter 6
cylinder.
