JEEP HISTORY
Bought my Jeep on Ebay in 05 from a rich
lady in Beverly hills that didn't like it
cuz it was "Too Bumpy". She had
new carpet kit and new seats as well as
lots of chrome put on it right before
finding out she didn't like it,. so I got
a good price and a new interior. and
someone did some mods before that but i
just found out this summer when working on
it. Ill list those later.

Well, the rear cover wasnt as bad as I thought it was. Looked worse than it really was. Sometimes I really get lucky huh. So I took a couple of wacks with my gentle persuader (aka big ass hammer) and its almost as good as new. So, as far as the bolt pattern...I still have the old gasket...it is coming to you now. That would be awesome. Catch you later.

Well...two things really. First, that is a gorgeous red Cj in your default picture. Thought that you should know that. Secondly, and probably not last, you were not the only break yesterday. After we made it up to the top, i broke one of the mounts for my exhaust and pulled it free. Good ole bailing wire proped that up the rest of the day. Then, after fixing a minor power steering leak on the bronco, I headed out to the trailhead...just me and my passenger. Didnt go more than a quarter of a mile and yanked my exhaust off of the manifold. Jimmy rigged that back togethor and kept going...after all it was getting dark. But to top it all off I walked out to my garage today and found a rather large puddle of gear oil underneath my rear pumpkin. After some investigation I was able to find out that (I THINK) the rather large dent in my rear cover plate, or rather the rock that created the rather large dent, tweaked the rear plate and mashed the gasket. So...I think I can be all better with a new rear plate and gasket. The price to play.
