I actually was able to get a deal on those wheels. they were left overs from aev's batch for 97-06 tj's, and i was able to get them for 199 a wheel. i am currently in the process of moving, i will be able to get some more pics up soon, possibly next week. just got the currie hd steering kit in and also the anti-rock rear sway bar.

Thank you for the complements on my LJ, yours is very nice also. I have a 6" Nth degree lift, I love it. It works great on the trail, but it is a complex and expensive lift, I feel they could have simplified it a bit. Feel free to check out my other pics on my clubs website gallery or my webshots page.

Thanks for the comments. I can't seem to leave my LJ alone...always something to add. Just bought a set of used Mopar/Hutchinson beadlocks and am going to put 37/12.50R17 MTR's on them with spacer/adapters. I always loved the wheels and just found a great deal on them used.

I grew up in Colorado, graduated from Fort Colins HS in the 70's and attended UNC in Greeley for 3 years.

I was also looking into the aev highline kit, but the more I looked at it, the more awkward it just seemed to be.. Just didn't look right in my opinion. If you were going to go in the direction of a highline, I would look into TnT's kit. I'd rather have their tube fenders than those huge 7" plastic flairs.

im happy with what im running even though i receive alot of criticism for the 7.5 inch springs. to be honest i dont even notice that much of a difference between running the 5.5 inch springs with the rear swaybar attached and the 7.5 inch springs with no rear sway bar. i went with the larger springs because i wanted to avoid a body lift and im not planning on going with tube fenders.. the 5.5 inch springs with a 1 inch body might be what your looking for.. the 5.5 inch springs alone seem like a pretty tight fit for 37's but thats just me..

Hey Mark!
I am installing my sliders this weekend and I will be all armored up and ready for some trails. I saved your number so I can give you a ring and see if you want to go on a trail run with me and my neighbor. Should be a fun Summer!!

Thank you! Only thing standing in the way of my jeep getting finished is trying to get the title, it had been abandoned since 2000, i got it from a friend who lied when he gave it to me, told me he had the title until i moved it off his property, it's really quite a pain. the thing has a newly rebuilt top end, and the engine is really powerful, i want to get it on some trails this summer, but if i can't get the title, i'll end up having to strip it down and buy a shell with a title. any advice?
