RoadArmor split off of TrailReady several years ago. One of the original owners joined with Gabe(Overkill) and Mark (last name?) for the financial backing. Do to mismanagement of money they cut the first guy out. He started making knock offs of the Roadarmor bumpers, since he had the designs but didnt have the patent rights. Think he has several companies selling the same brand. Roadarmor sues him, he closes the shop and starts up a new one. Overkill and Roadarmor were in Everett while I was with them. Then moved to Eugene, then to Texas. I guess recently they have split again. If your going to get a bumper of some sort I would avoid any of these companies unless you have the product in hand when you give them money.
