Alright Jen, So if you have already done so or know so,forgive me. It sounds like you'll have to start with VIN verification and then eventualy apply for a title. Not sure of how much of a rebuild you had to work with but, this link may or may not help you out. I tried to think of a more simple way to have you navigate but the easiest way is to copy paste the following link. http://www.colorado.gov/cs/Satelli te?blobcol=urldata&blobheader=appl ication%2Fpdf&blobkey=id&blobtable =MungoBlobs&blobwhere=119140146683 7&ssbinary=true
I'm more interested to hear how this all works out now. I'm cheering for you. Maybe I'll meet you on the trail someday who knows? If you get this thing rollin, post some pic's please. Have you considered posting Q/A on the Forum? Maybe someone out there has your answer. Good Luck girl. Don't give up.

Congratulations, Your really close to finishing.I'm impressed. How frustrating to have a title problem.I'm embarrased to admit,I know nothing about title work.At this point you probably know more than I do, depending on what all you've done so far.
I know every State is different when it comes to issuing titles.I'll see what I can find.
Stay positive.Don't hope it all works out.Make sure it all works out. You'll be hitting the trails soon in no time. :D
