JEEP HISTORY
I've had several Willys pickups and
wagons. I've worked on tons of old ones
and military Jeeps too. The '66 is the
most modern Jeep I've had so far. I
bought this 1966 CJ5 for $1000 a few
blocks from my house (Tucson Rocks, oh
crap I let the cat out of the bag). It
hadn't run for 15 years. I changed the
oil, hooked up a gas can with fresh gas,
rebuilt the carb, and drove it home (no
brakes - oops). The previous owner
couldn't believe it. My profile pic is
from the day I bought it before I took it
home. Almost as good as the 2 running
Willys pickups I bought for $300 a piece.
