I had a YJ in high school and pretty much
caught the Jeep bug right away.
Unfortunately the family had to sell it
before I went off to college but a couple
of years after college and after whining
to my wife about the "good ol
days" I was given permission to
purchase a new 2004 TJ. Its been my DD
since then and as of current it is almost
mine (vs. the bank's)! I didn't know
anything about automotive mechanics before
this Jeep but since then I have done
almost all my own maintenance (except
transmission!) and loved it. Still pretty
much stock until I can pay it off and
start bugging my wife to let me buy the
new '11 WK for the family car. Then my
friends; it will become all mine to do
with as I please!
