Like all American men, I always wanted a
Jeep. Saw it on the side of the road and
brought it home in '99, and used it for my
DD for the next six years. In '06
stripped it to the frame and began the
three year reconstruction, using all those
cool parts and upgrades I'd been reading
about over the years. Taught my son how
to weld, grind, wrench, ponder, sweat and
fret. Back on the road this summer, again
serving as my daily driver. Fixin' to
give it to my 18 yr old son now and start
shopping for another CJ.
