My father owned a Sky Blue 1971 FJ in
Phoenix AZ from 1973 to 1976, we took
trips out to the Salt River during the
spring to go tubing, that's where I was
bitten by the 4x4 bug.
Now I own an 2005
LJ, my intentions were to install side
saddle rear seats similar to the old FJ's
but found out it was not really safe or
comfortable. MODS: Mirror movers, K&N
Air filter, single cab with duster for 2nd
top, 31" BFG A/T's, Tuffy underseat
drawer, tuffy glove compartment, Quadratec
i-Vault. I've replaced the Stock Sub with
a Kicker Sub, and replaced the speakers
with Polk Marine speakers. Dual XM8150
radio, this setup sounds great!
