Holy crap, never realized that your message was sitting here. I don't check JF that often, I have no Jeep to play with. I've been moving around Iraq, been in Tikrit (COB Speicher), Kirkuk (FOB Warrior), and now Nasiriyah (COB Adder). I've seen a couple of Jeeps when I've been on mission, nothing special. When I get back to Ft. Lewis I'm going to put in a Titan Motors 4.6L stroker and buy some guns. My lieutenant buddy is gonna sell me his Saiga 12 shotgun for $250, a hell of a deal because it's no longer imported. Looking at a Sig Sauer Mosqiuto (22 cal) for pistol fundamentals for the wife and just some fun cheap shooting. A Sig Sauer P226 (9mm) is probably my good handgun I'll get, maybe something bigger, I don't know. I'm also going to get my Harley when I get home, time to upgrade to a real bike, I have a Suzuki Savage 650 single-cylinder cruiser. Yeah, I know, it's a trainer. I'm going on R&R leave in late December, going to be home for my 2 year anniversary. Have fun and stay safe, I'll be doing the same.

Well, I have 1 3/4 lift and 33s, so I might be alright.
Do you post runs in the nortwest section of this forum?

No, just got the jeep. I had an FJ cruiser for the last 12 months that I got to a few places in, but not there. If where you go is ok for a stock Sahara, I am very interested. If it requires 4" and lockers, I gotta pass.

Yeah. I thought mine was fine until I opened it up the other day. There is definitely a D44 in my future. I think I have a month or 2 left on my D35 but when it's done, it'll pretty much be scrap.

Not much going on with it right now. Thought it was puking lube but it turned out to be from another part of the vehicle (long story). Getting some noise out of it. And pretty much just going to rebuild the factory trac-loc and maybe build a D44 for it over the winter. May do a high pinion D30 at the same time but haven't decided yet. How's your D35 doing?

Did you replace your steering box with an aftermarket or Durango box? or stock?
