JEEP HISTORY
My first Jeep was a '56 CJ the family
bought new in late '55, I got it in 1975
and added a '61 wagon a few years later.
I ran the legs off of both of them in the
So Cal deserts for ~18 years before life
got in the way and I sold them in '93.
Bought the TJ in '02, moved to CO in '06
and after buying the JK in early '07 I
started building the TJ for some of the
rougher trails. August '10, started
build on a '98 XJ, wife liked it so much
she sold the JK and bought an '00 XJ (and
a Miata for summer)

Hi Dave, I use to live in Durango. We lived up on Crestview heights, looking down over the town!I lit that hill on fire with firecrackers!I learned how to ski ther and jump! This was back I would say in 1961. I loved it there but my dad was in the oil business so we were always transfered! After there we went to Aspen for a couple of years, then to Denver!Use too always go too the Golden Horseshoe Ranch!! Take care, Barry..AKA...GOLENJEEPTJ.
