I bought my first Jeep in 1986 (Cherokee).
Traded it for a 1988 Cherokee and bought
a 1983 CJ7. First went off-road in the
Black Hills of South Dakota with the
CJ7.
I still have the 1983 CJ7 and my
son has a 1997 TJ.
I finished a frame
up restore on the CJ7 in 2008.
