JEEP HISTORY
Well it was a busy Christmas. On the 23rd
of December, the wife and I talked about
how much I was spending on the CJ. I told
her I wanted to replace the axles and that
I needed new tires for her. She asked why
I needed new Axles? I tried to explain it
to her and she listened very patiently,
then said, "you told me once about a
rubi something that had the good
axles?" I said yea, she then said
"Well instead of putting new ones on
your old jeep, I'd rather you buy a newer
one with them on it already" I
said ok, we went out driving around on the
23rd of December. On the 24, Christmas
Eve, I went shopping and test drove a 2004
Rubicon. Bought it about an hour later.
The dealer gave me a good trade on my 2000
SS Camaro and my 1982 CJ. They actually
gave me a fair price on the CJ, the dealer
is a Jeep Dealer, and I think someone
there wanted a CJ. So what did I get?
Well like I said a 2004 Jeep Wrangler
Rubicon, Jeep Yellow in Color. She's been
named Roxie the Rubicon and she's a very
clean gal. The only thing that was missing
was the cup holder inserts.. I'll be
doing a build thread as soon as I take
some photos of her this very day. My
build thread is done, Check it out
here http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f22/m

Been a while since I have been on here... I did breed her. She did fantastic! We kept one... I got rid of my jeep :( but I needed a more economical car with all the traveling I do. I plan on getting another one after I am finished with school.

I'm lucky, I got my CJ in pretty great condition, had to rebuild the tranny last Christmans and put new brakes on the front, but other than that she's holding up just fine for a DD. I dont think I will ever be able to sell her! I do need to put up more pics...I'll work on that haha. Well at least you're enjoying a good running jeep and get to live vicariously throught other CJ owners ;) I've had her going on four years now, before her it was an old Wrangler that was starting to fall apart. So what did I go and do, get an even OLDER Jeep!!! Best decision I ever made!
I do love the yellow tho, great pic ;)

I have already been receiving treatment for it. I will continue to get treatment through the VA after my discharge.

Im installing some corbeau baja ss seats tomorrow after the UPS guy comes. Then a currie anti rock and a lockrite up front. then a weld in cage.

Thanks, she is a great dog and loves to ride. Unfortunately, I had to give her up. With the schedule that I work and with the fact that I am now taking classes to get my level I fire fighter cert., I was just not able to give her the time that she deserved. One of my best friends at work took her and now she is living the good life...so I am very happy about that!

Im still in. I have about 2 months left. Im getting medically retired for malignant melanoma. Looking forward to getting out.

Currently stationed at Seymour-Jonhson AFB. Been here my whole 6 year enlistment as a 2W171. Went TDY a bunch. Been deployed twice. Once to Qatar (cake walk) and once to Afghanistan (not as much fun)

All the armor on my Jeep is poison spyder customs with the exception of the bumpers which I fabbed up myself. I do not have a build thread although I have been thinking very seriously of starting one. I suppose it would go over fairly well since I have a few mods done to my Jeep.
