musician by day, and nearly have
the yang to open my own recording

Kansas), and tool on the ole' YJ.

This is my first and hopefully my last
Jeep. I am a pretty thrifty individual,
so I intend on keeping this YJ for the
longevity of it's operation...and I also
have to keep the mods to a financial
minimum. Many of my modifications,
alterations, and subsequent write-ups are
based on changes that can be easily done
with some standard tools, on a very tight
budget, and can drastically improve either
the looks, quality of operation, or both.
I bought this Jeep un-rusted from a fella
who didn't know what he had, and
furthermore didn't care, for $1800.00 and
I'm at about $2500.00 right now.
I am
trying my best to build write-ups as I go
along, so that others who don't have a lot
of money to spend can play along and have
something they are proud of (given they
have the time and patience it takes to do
things right, and cheap). I have most of
my moves documented in my thread: "A
mudder is born..." in the YJ Build
section of our forum! I hope you enjoy!
