My father,"Tim Pierson", being a
marine, has had tons of jeeps whild i was
growing up. when we lived in yuma AZ ive
seen at least 3 come and go. we now live
in va beach VA were he has had 1 but got
rid of it. i own my first 1989 jeep
wrangler 4.2 . i have put a 2 inch body
lift on it, i have some brand ne 33 12.50
by 15 tires sitting in my storage unit
getting dusty. i also have some 1.5 inch
shckles getting dusty. i want to put them
on so bad, i just cant afford to throw
them on right away. so i have to do tons
of reaserch and do it the cheap junk yard
way. i just resently took the head off and
head it re-machined. put a bigger camshaft
in, got my cam at pro comp. new timming
chain from procomp. im looking to put a 3
speet tranny in it. i hear one of the cjs
has a 3 speed that i can addapt to my
block. that reminds me my dad said,"i
had a cj eagle that had a 3 speed in
it", thats the one i want to re-build
and put bigger gear ratios in it. i also
plan on putting some 4.11 gears in the
front an rear pumkins. GOSH listen to me
go. i can go on all day. truth is i got
big plans for my horse...... i just dont
have any green grass to feed it, but no
matter what that horse will never die as
long as im hear on this earth.
