JEEP HISTORY
I started out a couple of years ago with a
1995 YJ purchased on a whim from an
aquantence who was moving out of town.
The YJ had 31" tires and a little 2.5
l 4 cyl. I loved that jeep and amazed
myself and lots of others with the places
I could get it to go. It was totaled in
an accident. I was able to purchase a
stock 2005 Rubicon TJ and with some lucky
finds on Craig's list build it up to a
capable trail rig. The TJ doesn't have
the same feel as my old YJ but it is a lot
safer. Baring any unforseen circumstances
I plan to have this jeep for years. I do
most of my own work and maintence. It
was a daily driver when I got it from the
original owner but now it is a
mostly-for-trail use jeep and in addtion
to the lift and other mods, I've added a
few dents and scratches.
