JEEP HISTORY
Always liked Jeeps, grew up with them,
partied in them, drove them on occasion,
got buzzed many a night helping friends
fix them, so buzzed I can't fix vehicles,
but I was surely always good company, even
if we had to get muddy to fix er whilst
she took a rather large nap in the middle
of a deep mud hole at 3am, us 3/4s baked
as we push off the seats into the thigh
deep mud, listening to the driver say
"Oh, '****e", to me that meant a
long night ;) thanking the stars I learned
early to always bring a coat on Jeep
adventures ;) Yea, I love Jeeps. Long
story short, I had a family of four to
feed, and I'm no Rocket Scientist, so I
never had the time or the money for a
Jeep, now I am 43 and my two daughters are
grown and no longer think Dad is the
Grooviest, so I have the time, but still
on a very limited budget, for sure. Wifey
digs Jeeps as well, yet more for the
cosmetic purpose where as I lean more
toward 'gettin' er dun' and performance
modifications. We are mechanically
inclined, yet not so ever for auto work,
we have always chosen to pay for the work
to get done, so we could play, instead of
spending the weekend fixing stuff lol So
this is my first Jeep, and I need it to be
tough, no boulder climber or anything that
cool, just something I can take in the
bush every weekend and get a lil' nuTs. I
have a Chillten manual, and am willing to
read, learn, and work towards a tougher
Jeep, but again, I am Jeep illiterate, and
automotively challenged ;)
