I got my 2000 XJ in 2007, my parents
purchased it for me because the mini van i
was driving broke down and i had no way to
get to work lol. I chose to get the xj
because of the rugid box look and the
versitility, it has a good amount of room
in it and i can always kill a couple hours
in the trails with it. Since i got it i
am inlove with it i added a 3in lift to it
and some all terrain tires, i actually
brought it out the first week i got the xj
and got stuck in a small sticky mud patch
because i had street tires haha. Im
starting to get more hesitant bringing it
off road because i had to change out the
alternator, starter, power steering pump
and front hub assembly, i pulled out my
transaxle and it had a layer of dusty dirt
on it so i seen how much that mud gets in
all her nooks and crannies
