ABOUT ME
I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan on the south shore of Lake Superior. I love visiting my camp, my family owns 240 acres of forest land and I own a cabin on the property built in 1944.

JEEP HISTORY
My first vehicle was a 1958 CJ5 I drove it
all through high school. When I joined the
Merchant Marine I gave it to my father to
use as a camp jeep. He sold it after a few
years because he couldn't handle the
maintenance. In 1989 I found a Ford GP at
a homestead near my home. It was a very
challenging restoration and it now resides
at the Michigan iron Museum. I just bought
a very nice 1986 CJ-7. My other off road
vehicle is a 1963 Thiokol Snow cat. We get
up to 300 inches of snow here in the
winter and even the best jeep cant handle
that.
