JEEP HISTORY
This jeep was purchased for $5,000 USD
locally. The man that owned it had
purchased it for his daughter but she
couldn't get the hang of driving clutch
and kept it for himself. He claims he only
put about 250 miles on it the entire time
he owned it and that it was only lightly
trail ridden while he had it. I'm inclined
to believe him as the Jeep mostly sat
under a big Oak tree and when I brought
her home it was full of Chipmunk nests and
the interior was badly mildewed from the
extremely worm soft top leaking
everywhere. It came with the lift kit, MT
rims and BFG tires and the winch. I added
a new frame-less soft top, the front an
rear bumpers, and installed new mirrors
and new light lenses all the way around. I
threw a new cable on the winch and mounted
that, (I had to do some re-wiring to the
remote but it's working great now). Other
than a tune up, oil change and brake job
that's about it. Well, I just replaced the
water pump so I flushed the entire coolant
system while I was at it too.
