JEEP HISTORY
im an international guy at heart. but i
love all trucks. i always wanted cj7 or 5.
had scouts and fullsize trucks. finally
got a great deal on a jeep i knew the
history of. my buddy bought it and wanted
to make a plow truck that would never rot
out. so he built a 2x5 tube frame in the
dimensions of the original jeep frame, had
it galvanized inside and out. and
powdercoated. we put scout axles under it
before i got it. when i bought it i
immediatly bought the clifford intake and
headers for the 6, but then changed my
mind, it helped that i swamped the trans
so i pulled the i6 and swapped in a 77
scout II 345 with scout trans and t case.
even with 3.07s its a great wheeler and it
has plenty of power.
