ABOUT ME
Average guy.. I like to do my own mechanical work whenever possible. I know a little about a lot and a lot about a little depending on the problem I am tackling.. No fear of digging into any type of repairs, but I am limited with knowledge..Also the older I get the more I wish I had a garage for the winter fixes..

JEEP HISTORY
Surprisingly this is the 1st Jeep I have
ever owned. I have had Explorers and
Blazers and being up north I wanted
another SUV. My wife and I figured we
would give the Grand Cherokee a shot. I
made a good portion of my decision based
on the straight 6, although I wish I had
taken the gas mileage a little more
serious now. Of course I also could not
believe how well kept this particular
vehicle was. All said, I cant ***** to
much. I am going into my ninth year of
owning it and it has been pretty good to
us. I have done Tie Rods, Tires, Brakes
and replaced some Vacuum lines under rear
quarter. I almost forgot about that pain
in the cooling fan relay under front right
headlight, and of course one cannot forget
All of the Pesky Electrical problems that
Plagued the late 90's and early 2000
G.C.'s. I bought this Jeep for 12,000
bucks, from the original owner. A 56 year
old Woman in the Northeast with 43,000
miles on it.It had a clean car fax and was
treated with nothing but TLC by her. It is
loaded with options. Overall I've been
satisfied with its performance.
