JEEP HISTORY
It started in the back seat of a Willies
Jeep wile deer hunting in Vermont around
1962, at times I had to be removed from
the seat so the journey could continue. I
remember the wheels contorting and the
machine crawling ahead through the rock
and water as we headed up the mountain
just outside Chester near Springfield,
VT. Years later I can still remember
going up to the top of Butternut Mt. wile
the 8 - track played Rocky Top
Tennessee. AMC has been in the family's
blood since the 1960s Dad had a Willys
wagon, with a Buick V6. as his hunting rig
for some time.
