JEEP HISTORY
My stepbrother and I always went wheeling
in our spare time. He had an extensively
modified TJ Wrangler which never got
stuck, never broke down, and never came
down with the death wobble. I kid you not,
he was an incredible off road driver. He
moved to New York in 2007, pursuing
greater things. Sadly I don't know if his
TJ is still with him or not. Two years
passed, and my grades and driver's test
results were good enough to get me a
mall-rated Grand Cherokee from my cousin
as a "present". She abused it to
no end, yet it still kept on moving
forward even with a horrific death wobble
and constant mechanical snafu's. I spent
pretty much all of last summer bringing it
back into shape, with help from my dad of
course It now runs like a dream, no
engine noise, no death wobble, and most
importantly, much better gas mileage. The
only problem now is that it's stock, I'd
like to change that, I find off roading to
be tons of fun, but not if I'm stuck with
a stock 4x4 that has the potential to go
anywhere, any time.
